Before downloading
Create an Emaila Orbit account and verify its email address before downloading a free tool. If account registration or verification delivery is unavailable, contact the team through the site; an unverified account cannot bypass the download requirement.
The supplied Floaty 1.0.0 package declares WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. These are the plugin author's requirements, not certification of every WordPress, theme and plugin combination. Check your hosting versions and test on staging first.
Choose the installable file
Download the plugin from the Floaty product page. Its release download is named floaty-1.0.0.zip; the original supplied archive may be named floaty-floating-chat-contact-buttons.zip.
The separate publishing kit contains listing and documentation material. It is not a second plugin and must not be uploaded as one. Keep the original plugin ZIP for your installation records.
You need a WordPress administrator account permitted to upload and activate plugins. A managed or multisite WordPress installation can restrict these actions; ask its administrator to install the plugin through the approved process.
