Set destinations
Open Floaty → Channels. A channel needs both its enabled setting and a contact detail before it can appear.
| Channel | Detail to enter |
|---|---|
Country-code number using digits only, without +, spaces or dashes. |
|
| Call / SMS | Your intended phone number, including country code. |
| The email address to receive messages. Its message field supplies the subject. | |
| Messenger | Facebook Page username or ID. |
| Telegram / Instagram | Username without the @ prefix. |
| Viber | Country-code number using digits only. |
| Custom link | The full intended URL, such as your booking or contact page. |
Supported channels have optional pre-filled messages; email uses a subject. Keep any template free of private customer information because contact links can be handled by another application or service.
Save and test
Set clear labels, drag channel cards into the desired order and select Save Changes. Test every resulting link on a phone and desktop. Third-party services may require their own app, account or sign-in.
Use Appearance to change the layout and position. The appearance guide explains greeting, size and animation controls.
