Wrong or inactive destination

Review the saved channel detail, country code and username. WhatsApp and Viber expect country-code numbers using digits only; Telegram and Instagram expect usernames without @. The Email message field is a subject, not a message sent by WordPress.

Save, clear caches and try the destination on a device with the relevant application installed. Check whether the account or page exists and accepts contact. External service availability and permissions are outside Floaty's control.

Counts do not change

Check the Analytics setting, enable the channel and confirm the WordPress REST API is not blocked by a security or caching rule. Repeated clicks can be throttled. Counts are approximate and do not prove that the destination service received a message.

Do not disable your entire security configuration to make a counter work. Review the specific blocked request with your site's administrator and test a narrow correction on staging.

For support, provide versions, the channel type, a public example and a description of the expected result. Redact private contact information, request cookies and administrator details from logs and screenshots.
