What does the USD 69 licence cover?
The listed price is a one-time purchase for one licensed domain. Domain changes are allowed, and this package has no fixed-IP restriction. Update and support terms are confirmed separately.
Will editing a template change existing cases?
No. Existing work retains its own template snapshot. Changes to the reusable template apply to future records.
Can I import a process without importing customer data?
Yes. The template format contains validated configuration. It does not import staff accounts, work records, permissions or uploaded attachments.
Do my staff need an Emaila Orbit login?
No. PCMO has its own local owner and staff accounts. Orbit handles the purchase and licence; it does not sign your staff into PCMO or administer your server.
Can you build a feature for my organisation?
Yes. Send a custom-feature request with the workflow, expected result and relevant constraints. We will review the scope and provide a quote.
