Give visitors a floating button for the contact channels you use. Enable a channel, enter your details, choose its appearance and decide where it appears.
Choose WhatsApp, phone calls, email, SMS, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Instagram or a custom link. Set labels and supported pre-filled messages.
Use a toggle button or an expanded list. Reorder channels and set colours, position, offsets, size, shape and animation.
Choose desktop or mobile visibility, include or exclude pages, or show the widget only to signed-in WordPress users.
Set the days and hours when the widget appears using your WordPress site timezone. Page caching can affect when a schedule change becomes visible.
Add a greeting with a delay and optional automatic opening of the channel list. You can also open the widget from a button using the floaty-open CSS class.
Choose whether to record aggregate channel totals and daily counts in your WordPress database. Review the analytics setting and your privacy information before use.
Follow the installation and channel setup guides for the supplied plugin.
Yes. Version 1.0.0 is supplied under GPL v2 or later. Create an Orbit account and verify your email to download it. The plugin does not need a paid licence, activation key or ionCube.
The supplied plugin declares WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Use the provided ZIP through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate Floaty. Check compatibility with your own theme and plugins on staging.
A channel must be enabled and have a contact detail. Check device visibility, page rules, login requirements and business hours, then clear any page cache.
Click counting is enabled by default in version 1.0.0 and can be turned off on the Analytics tab. It stores aggregate channel and daily totals locally and uses a short-lived IP-derived hash for rate limiting. The contact service opened by a button has its own privacy policy.
No. Floaty runs in your WordPress installation. Your Orbit account is used to download the package, without providing access to your WordPress administration.
