What you are installing
MultiBrand Accounts is a standalone PHP accounting workspace for several businesses. Each installation owns its database, local users, business grants, encryption keys, files, SMTP settings and payment connections. Businesses keep separate books while authorised people can work across assigned businesses.
The included workflows cover customers, vendors, quotations, invoices, expenses, receipts, transfers, approvals, banking, reconciliation and reports. Configure the operational approval policy before real posting. Payroll automation and external payroll integrations are not included in this initial release.
Obtain the release and licence
Review the current offer on the MultiBrand Accounts product page. Use your verified Orbit account and the correct organisation to order the entitled version. For offline payment, follow the invoice instructions; the authorised operator records actual received funds before paid rights are fulfilled.
For a first licensed installation, obtain the SDK-only installation preparation kit, run it on the intended PHP host and approve its public key/domain in Orbit. After genuine activation, download the product ZIP for that active installation. Terminal access or host assistance is needed for preparation; the accounting database and administrator setup then use the browser.
Install the complete publisher-signed product ZIP. A Git checkout or source-hosting ZIP is development source and does not supply a publisher signature or commercial entitlement. The complete customer release already includes its production dependencies; no Composer, Node build or paid ionCube loader is required for normal installation.
Plan the first test
Prepare the server, prepare and activate its installation identity, then download and install the bound product ZIP. Review the first business and issuing company. Create a limited financial user and test a draft invoice and approval flow with synthetic records.
Your Orbit account is separate from the local System Administrator and financial users you create in Accounts. Purchasing a licence does not grant anyone access to your server or books.
