What PCMO provides
PCMO is a standalone PHP project and case workspace. It includes a reusable template library, local people and permissions, tasks, private documents and work records. Each installation owns its database, encryption keys and staff accounts.
Obtain the correct package
Use the PCMO product page to review the currently offered version, price and licence terms. Sign in to your verified Orbit account and choose the correct organisation. If you choose offline payment, follow the invoice instructions; actual received funds must be recorded by the authorised operator before paid rights are fulfilled.
For a first licensed installation, download the installation preparation kit first. Run it on the intended PHP host, approve its public key/domain in Orbit and complete genuine activation. Your organisation can then download the product ZIP for that active installation. The preparation kit contains the licence SDK and helper, not PCMO application code. Terminal access or your host's assistance is required for this first step.
Install the complete publisher-signed ZIP for the version your organisation is entitled to use. A raw Git checkout or a source-hosting ZIP does not become a signed customer release simply by being extracted. Normal installation of the complete release needs no Composer or Node build and no paid ionCube loader.
Keep the accounts separate
Orbit manages your purchase and entitlement. The PCMO installer creates the local owner you choose; you then manage staff locally. An Orbit account does not sign people into PCMO, grant access to your projects or administer the server.
Recommended first run
Prepare the server, prepare and activate the installation identity, then download and install the bound product package. Configure access, create one project or case from a reviewed template and verify that a limited user sees only intended work.
