Published information for Desk.

Find existing requests securely

Use the verified-email customer portal without sharing private tracking links.

Sign in to the correct Desk

Open the address provided by the business and choose Sign In or Find My Request. Use the email address originally supplied with your case, quotation or application.

Complete the password or one-time email verification flow offered by that installation. A code or tracking link is a credential: do not forward it to another person or paste it into a public discussion.

If an email does not arrive

Check spam or junk folders and confirm the email address. Follow the resend limits shown on the page. If the address is no longer available, ask the business about its identity-verification process; creating another account does not automatically transfer the old requests.

Keep your access private

Sign out on shared devices. Open request links only on a trusted device. Support staff should never ask you to publish your password, verification code or private tracking link in the community.

Open and follow a support request

Choose the right team, explain the issue and continue the same conversation.

Before you begin

Use the Desk address supplied by the business you are contacting. Keep your email address accessible: it is used to verify access to your requests.

Submit the request

  1. Choose Open a Case or Open a Support Case.
  2. Select the country and business team relevant to your question.
  3. Explain the outcome you need. Include useful reference numbers and the steps that led to the issue.
  4. Add only the supporting documents the team needs. Never send passwords, private keys or full card information.
  5. Follow the form's submission and email-verification instructions. Keep the request reference or tracking link privately.

Continue the conversation

Return through Find a Case or the customer portal. Use the same email address and complete the verification method shown. Reply within the existing request so its messages and documents stay together.

If you cannot find a request, first check that you are using the right business's Desk and the original email address. Contact that business rather than opening several duplicate cases.

Prepare a useful quotation brief

Give the team enough detail to scope the work and prepare an itemised proposal.

Start with the result

Choose Get a Quote on the business's Desk. Describe what you want to achieve, who will use the result and any existing systems involved.

Include practical details

  • Scope: the pages, workflows, deliverables or services you need.
  • Timing: your preferred date and any fixed dependencies.
  • Examples: relevant reference material you have permission to share.
  • Constraints: existing platforms, access requirements and any agreed budget range.

Keep credentials and personal records out of the brief. The team can agree on a suitable private exchange if access is needed later.

Review the proposal

Read the itemised scope, amounts and any stated conditions before accepting the next step. Ask questions in the quotation conversation so the agreed requirements remain together. A quotation request alone does not mean payment was taken or work has begun.
