EMAILA ORBIT

Terms of service

The terms for Emaila Orbit accounts, software licences, orders and offline payments. Effective 18 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Emaila Orbit is operated by Emaila Digital Pty Ltd, 39 Yellowstone Drive, Trugnina VIC 3029, Australia. Contact ask@emailaorbit.com or +61 468 465 190. These terms apply to our marketplace and the products and services you order from us. Your order also records the product, price, licence period and inclusions that apply to that purchase.

2. Your account and organisation

Provide accurate contact and billing information and only place orders for an organisation you are authorised to represent. Keep passwords, authenticator codes and installation credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. An Orbit account manages purchases and licences; it does not give us administrative access to your self-hosted server or replace the accounts inside your installed product.

3. Orders, prices and offline payment

Review the final order before submitting it. The currency, amount, tax and licence terms on the order and invoice are authoritative; currency conversions elsewhere are estimates. GST or other tax, when applicable, is shown on the invoice. Creating an invoice does not mean payment has been received. For offline payment, contact us quoting the invoice number for payment instructions. Access is fulfilled only after authorised staff record a genuinely received payment matching the invoice amount and currency. Do not send card numbers, passwords or banking login details through our contact forms.

4. Subscription, trial and one-time rights

A subscription covers the period recorded in your order. Subscriptions currently use manual renewal; placing an order does not authorise automatic recurring charges. A trial ends at its recorded expiry and does not automatically become a paid subscription. A one-time licence grants only the product use, domain, installation and version rights stated in the offer. It does not include all future releases or support unless the order expressly includes them. An update-only purchase requires an eligible underlying licence. Free downloads and separately licensed free tiers have the terms displayed for that product.

5. Activation and ongoing licence checks

Licensed products contact the Emaila Orbit licence service using an installation key, approved domain and server details. Keep the installation private key secure, maintain a correct server clock and allow verified outbound HTTPS. Activation codes are confidential and bound to their approved installation identity. Licence expiry, revocation, failed verification or detected tampering can sign administrators out and restrict licensed management actions. Licence enforcement is not permission to delete your records. Back up your data and contact us for legitimate renewal, recovery or an installation transfer. Transfers require approval; copying credentials does not create another licence.

6. Installing and using software

Check the published system requirements and use the supplied installer and verified package. You control your hosting environment, access permissions, backups and the personal information you put into a self-hosted product. Use software lawfully and within the purchased limits. Do not share activation secrets, distribute proprietary releases without permission, or interfere with other users or the licensing service. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences; nothing here removes rights those licences or applicable law give you.

7. Help, refunds and consumer rights

Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Support or custom work is included only where stated in your order or separately agreed. Our Refund policy explains how we assess purchase problems and payment errors. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Availability, changes and disputes

Software and network services can require maintenance or experience interruptions; no uptime or response-time guarantee is included unless separately agreed. We may publish updated terms for future orders. A later policy does not silently change the recorded commercial rights of an existing order or remove mandatory rights. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live.
